      Our approach to IT projects encompasses services for all phases of a project – Initiation, Design, Execution, Validation and long-term Support. Our Flexible Solutions Framework fits well into the technology landscape as described below:

            Initiation:

First, we validate the IS strategy and help build the business case for a solution along with the project sponsor / steering committee so that a clear ROI is established. The current environment is profiled and the new model –with the relevant technology and IT architecture- is defined. Various Options are assessed to choose the best route as per the business case.  This outlines the scope of the whole project.

            Execution:

     A project blueprint is then created with clearly defined tasks, roles and responsibilities, for the solution that has been designed and implemented.  At MSS we use the appropriate quality assurance methodology and templates for the solution. 

            Validation and Support:

Once developed, the solution is tested by our project teams and the client’s project team to ensure that it maps the specific business needs.
